Shipping policy
Pre-Order Items: Please allow up to 15-55 business day or depending on the situation for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window is closed. Every item that is a preorder will be specified in the description of the item. Please be aware of this when ordering an item that is described as preorder. We will not refund you because you didn’t read description of the item. When an item is up for preorder, this means that once your item is purchased, it will be made by our manufacturer and then shipped to us. Once it’s shipped to us, we will ship it to our customers as soon as possible and you will get your tracking info. If you order an item that is a preorder with another item that is premade, you will have to wait for the preorder item to ship to us for you to get both products. The best way to stay updated on your order is to check our Instagram page @greaterdaysllc. This is where we update weekly on the production process of your order.
Pre-Made Items: Please allow up to 1-4 days max for your order to be shipped. Every item that’s premade will already be in hand by me.
If you order an item that is premade and an item that is preorder. We will ship both items at the same time, meaning the order that is premade will not ship at premade times, it will ship with the preordered item that comes in.
Once we have received the inventory, we will package every item individually and each customer will receive an email confirming that their order has been shipped with their tracking number.
Please check your spam/promotions folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.
All products are ready to ship unless it has been emphasized as a pre-order in the description of the product.
International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying anu import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's custom agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid custom fees.
Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
